Clutch pedal problem..

I've been converting over to a manual swap today, and I've run into a bit of a snag.

I'm wondering if the manual and auto pedal brackets are different? I'm assuming so, as the clutch pedal's arm is hitting the bracket.. or i could just be putting it on wrong somehow, and where abouts does the upper rod go though the firewall? there's a small hole already in the wall, but is it for something else?

pics would be great btw, seeing how they're supposed to line up, etc.

thanks.

Re: Clutch pedal problem..

Hard to tell with out pics but all the clutch pedal assemblies I have seen are different than autos and need to swap the entire bracket that holds the brake pedal. I think you can mod the automatic bracket but I think swapping all of it out is easier and looks a lot better.
