5 lug bolt patten
I have a 89 Burban with a 5 lug bolt patten how hard is it to change to a 6 lug patten???????

Swap the axles and brake drums from a 4x4 rear axle.
The front can be done with a set of aftermarket 6-lug rotors that are used on the 67-70 disc brake conversion kits. Early Classic Enterprises is a good source for the rotors. Just make sure your rotors are the 1.25" wide version, and it will be a bolt on.

I think you can just swap the two axles out of a 4x4 rearend and slide them into your housing.
