I have seen plenty of NOS parts that were rusted and dented even in their original boxes, stuff happens over the years. You might get better response posting pictures? Just trying to help.

I understand ,I wouldn't buy something site unseen. I posted this to get feelers out there.If someone is serious about the fender Then I would un crate/box it ,photo .These parts have been in storage in a non wet/damp environment.Thanks for you concern.

You could post a Want to Buy (WTB) thread. You'd have to purchase a Premium Membership to do so. A 6 month membership is $15, and a 1 year membership is $25. Someone on the board is sure to have one. Shipping may be an issue, though since you are out of the states. But nothing is impossible. The other way would be to search eBay. There is a Right hand side on there now, but that's not what you need. Besides, the seller is not shipping it and he in the USA. The other one I saw just ended (HERE), but it was being sold as a set. The seller had an opening bid of $1250 and a Buy it Now of $1650. He was also charging $295 for shipping within the USA. I don't think he would ship out the the states. If you were traveling to the USA and going through Oaklahoma, you might be able to do a local pickup. But honestly, I think going the membership route and posting a want to buy for an NOS or a perfect OEM would be the way to go.
