Help me identify this transmission

Casting number is 8640300. Other number on housing is 17L540651. By looking at the pan, it appears to be a THM350. Am I on the right track?

Thanks for the info. Any clues as to what "17L" represents? My guess is that the remaining numbers in that casting is the vehicle serial number?
