nice ebay 66 short wide -

not mine. and apologize if someone has already posted this one. NICE truck - and for as nice as it is, the price is pretty fair in my book. it aint cheap, but not unreasonable for the quality. enjoy! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1966-...item2eb186cb90

Nice looking truck. I'll be curious to see what it goes for, or if it even sells.

Re: nice ebay 66 short wide -

good eye rich5150 - and now that you mention it, i see the yellow "ziebart" access holes in the rocker (is that what they are??? - if so, why not just spray from behind the panel....) Surely I'm wrong (again). But yeah, I would bet there are some hidden rust issues - lots - o - bubbles... Still a darn nice truck.

What pictures are you guys looking at? Bubbles? You mean the dark glue blobs under the weatherstrip? are you thinking this is rust? Exterior shots are from too far away to see any detail.
By the way, sillyoldman, me thinks the untouched engine and bed wood are the best parts (interior too). Certainly not that sticky glossy red paint. Oof!

Re: nice ebay 66 short wide -

Ha! What a difference a change in computers can make. I switched from an older one to a newer one and... hey, I see bubbles! I previously had asked the seller about rust and he said he saw no signs of it. Hmm. And then those yellow dots...

That thing is saweet! It has a whole lot of Sunday cruises in it with little to know effort.Keep it in a dry garage and that trace of rust won't be an issue for many more years.Put some converter on it and try to run it on sunny days. What a survivor!!
