power steering swap
I was wondering what is the easiest power steering to put in a 54? The truck has a stock frame with a 327 and 350 turbo.

Re: power steering swap
on my 55, I went with a power steering conversion kit from CPP. bolts right up, is very simple and not too pricey. you have to get a PS pump and box from a wrecker and figgure out the steering link, I went with a jeep cherokee steering link because of the borgenson joints (rag joints suck). the only issue I had was that the instructions in the kit did'nt explain much but their website had a full picture layout that expained everything pretty good. had it all done in less than 2 hrs

Re: power steering swap
I'm looking at putting this on my truck. Bolts on the straight axle and no welding required.

Re: power steering swap
That system is exactly what I was looking for, thanks. I did a quick search and found it a little cheaper and its the same part number. Check it out here:
