Re: how to cut a tire off a rim
We pay about 2bucks a piece to get rid of our old tires at my employers repair shop [supposedly they are burned cleanly for power}and the new tires have double taxation state tax plus tire user fee of 2.50 per tire it is a rip

Re: how to cut a tire off a rim
Not sure how it works in CA. but here we are charged a "safe tire disposal" fee when you buy new tires. Regardless of if you keep your tires or not. I think it's only a buck or two? Not sure, it still sucks.
