Cowl Vent handle differences
I have the heavy steel bar handles (pic 1) in my 1966 basic cab, (thrift heat, no air). What does it take to convert to the vent pulls (pic 2) from earlier trucks? Also has any one used, seen or thought about using the the power window drive from the rear window of a mini van to open & close the vent?
All thoughts welcome. |

Re: Cowl Vent handle differences
just get an entire setup out of a 60-61, it should screw right in.
I dont think you can use/convert your 62-66's with a cable, there are some brackets/attachment points that aren't there.
