Any a-z LS swap kits out there?
I have read the different threads on the swap. I have followed the links and read those. And I think with some time I could develop a plan and hunt the parts to do the swap myself.
But with working almost 60 hours a week on average and my mechanic with the facilities and skills to help me/do the swap being very busy and limited time on his lift, I will not have a lot of spare time during the engine swap. Which has me leaning towards a 383 or similar. Maybe even add the Holley Avenger EFI. I would still love to do the LS swap and run fuel injection on the '70 swb 2wd I have coming at the end of this week (no, I dont even have the truck but am planning on motor swap already). So can anyone point me to a place that offers an absolute complete kit for the swap? I do not have time to hunt parts. I have seen the place out in Washington state but with me in Florida, it might not be practical to ship even IF they do provide a complete kit. |

Spaulding Auto. I got the information from the LS Swap main thread. Here is a link. They may not quite offer a 100% complete kit including everything. But I watched the youtube video linked in the thread I linked to below and they talk about the engine coming complete and only needing a few wires hooked up. Maybe this what any place would provide, maybe not. I didnt call them because they are so far away. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=380683 |

I have a set of CPP tubular engine perches, cpp tubular tranmission crossmember, energy suspension motor mounts, and moroso billet engine adapter plates. ALL ITEMS ARE BRAND NEW. Engine perches have been blasted and re-powdercoated black. $250.00 plus shipping. All mounting hardware is included.

Re: Any a-z LS swap kits out there?
Decided to go a more "custom" build. I am still going with an LS motor, just going to set i back a few inches, lower in the chassis and HOPEFULLY make it more of an autocross truck. The CPP perches and crossmember are awesome... there are a ton of member on here that have and are using them.
Thanks
