In-dash A/C in 1964?
Just bought a '64 yesterday that has in-dash A/C, along with tinted glass. It even has all of the A/C-specific holes in the firewall, and they are factory punched, not drilled. I was always under impression that the in-dash A/C option started in '65. Has anybody seen this option in the 1964s? I never have!
I'm going to be bringing the truck home in a few hours, and I'm going to investigate this further. I'm going to see if the dash has been cut, and to also see if the VIN has been replaced. Maybe they did a cab swap, but this thing looks like it's never been pulled apart.
