Need help with parking brake

I have tryed to tighten the cable and it does nothing.Maybe in the drums?

It has been a long time since I have been inside my drum brakes. but I am pretty sure there is an adjustment inside the drum too. Have you double checked to see if one of you cables is not broken and you are not really tightening? Just a thought. Either way, you can pull the wheel and the drum and double check my memory.

cabels are good..but yea i am check inside the drum..i replaced the wheel cylinder not to long ago
