E85 timing?

I got a 68 swb that I'm just finishing up a resto on. It has a 350 with a trick flow supercharger kit on it that has a Magnuson mp122 supercharger. It has AFR 210 Aluminum heads that are CNC ported. It has a Harlem Sharp 1:6 roller rockers, and a Comp Cams PN 12-552-4 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-12-552-4/
I have tried getting it started and I got it running long enough to break the cam in but I cant get it to idle and I think it's timming related. What would a good starting point be for timing? I got a mallory unilite dizzy and it has a mechanical advanced I'm kinda surprised I got it this far I'm just out of knowledge of what to do?

Anyone have any idea on what kind of power I should make at 7psi with this setup?
