may be a dumb question but in the first couple pics theres no fuel filler and cap, last pic there is. Was an in cab tank added?

if you look closely the first couple of pics are of the passanger side the rest with the fuel cap are of the driver side. They have been inverted (basicaly you are looking at the back side of the pic) If you look at the steering wheel in the pics you'll see what I mean.
