Hmm my 84 I just built a 400 stock bore way less proforamce parts then you listed above. And I ran a 13.90 at 90 somthing. On 235/75/15 street tires..and only 3:42 gears

Depending on where you are in FL, you likely have much better air than we do too......up here in KS it's RARE for the density altitude to drop below +2000ft during racing season, and it can get close to 4000ft during the summer......

its mostly sea level..
and stock stall converter is hurtting me at the line..
