Air tanks for baggs
So iam buying what i need to bag my 78 c10 stepside, iam guna be making 2 five gallon tanks. My question is anybody know what size material to use and any measurements? Iam clueless. Please help. Also, i need the measurements and material for the fron control arms,plates and cups. Thank u!

If I understand correctly you are wanting to make your own air tanks. That is a bad idea for many reasons. Stick to the premade/tested units for that one.
As far as the front control arms, the plates for the uppers can be made easily enough. Just trace the shape of the upper spring pocket and cut your plate to fit (1/4 or 3/16 would be fine for this). For the cups measure the bottom of your bag and go with the same diameter. Height of the cup will be based on your set up. Due to the low cost of a front set up I would recommend you purchase those items as well because the effort to make them is much more than the cost in this instance. |

bad bad idea on making your own tanks ... matter of fact, it's illegal in some states since it would be considered an untested pressure vessel. unsure of CA law, but I can't help to think that CA would be one of the most strict when it came to this sort of thing considering you guys have inspections.
