Vacuum guage in 08 Silverado

Has anyone installed one? I'd like to add one but not ready to start tearing into the dash just yet.
Ideas?

well since nobody replies around here ill add my input witch aint much but you could maybe add one of those piller gauge holders, then you maybe could feed the line down the side of the dash and find somwhere to feed it thru the firewall? Why are you wantting to install one?

Yep this area moves pretty darn slow compared to the rest of the forum.

I want one to watch my driving style. Better MPG. Yes I know its a truck but its a DD and it will never be fast with a 4.3 so it gives me something to mess with.

Car nut always messing with something!

Re: Vacuum guage in 08 Silverado

you thought about maybe doing a CAI better MPG and also a hand held programer? seems like you would get better results with that then trying to watch that gauge but it would make it look meaner with that piller gauge pack lol.
