Last year for shortbed Stepside was '87. I believe '84 was the last longbed.

Wooden beds were phased out in the mid 80's if i remember correctly

Last year for short step with wooden bed was '87. The 1988 GMT400 stepside was a steel bed and floor with composite fenders.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on fleetsides with wood. I have to learn that stuff from you'all.
