fender extension seals

Anybody got pics of the fender extension seals in place....?

Are you talking about about the fender to cab? Like to protect the door from water and road debris?

I bought some repo seals like this- they stink and are too small- ended up making some out of sheetmetal and screwing them in place, now I actually have some protection.

They arent fun to replace, but not too awful bad. I uses some thick wire to attach them since the staples were toast.

I don't know how they got a stapler that big. Is it the same size staple they use on the front of the hood? I would think to repro that you could use heavy wire and a hammer/ dolly to get the same look.

These are not easy to find. I have been searching ebay for like 10 years for these and only 1 pair came up that i saw. And i didnt win them. Im still looking.

I know LMC sells them, but I think I will build them from aluminum, thanks for the pics guys they were a big help.!

There is also two smaller ones that attach to the little filler piece at the top rear of the fender (similar to door seal style).
