Flaring steel tubing?
Can this flare be made with a hand held flaring tool? The line will be 3/8 steel. I only want to know about the circled part.

Yes u can make that flare but u will have to get this tool and it is not cheap. http://www.mastercool.com/pages/flaring_tools.html I have made this flare a lot of times when making fuel lines. Mastercool 71475 is the part number
