3rd member rear?
i found a trailor that someone made from the back half of an old pickup out in the woods behind a friends house the other day. im fairly sure that its a chevy rear end but has a 3rd member like a 9in. i didnt get a picture but ill try tomorrow, i was just wondering when they stopped making rear ends like that?

Re: 3rd member rear?
If it is a 1/2 ton, then '62 was the last year for the Eaton HO32. If it is a 3/4 ton, then I believe '72 was the last year for the Eaton HO52.
