Deluxe heater upgrade

I am toying with the idea of upgrading my truck to a deluxe heater i see that for 65 it is a 3 lever setup but i am wondering since my truck has the thrift heater what else would i need besides the levers for the dash

I beleive you need to upgrade the heater core. The deluxe heater has a larger core.
I tell you that I just serviced my deluxe. I installed a new blower motor and freshen up the rest of the unit and this thing cooks. I can not wait for those cold mornings!

Definitely worth the effort! Not sure how cold it gets in Iowa, but up here, it routinely drops below -30C. Deluxe heater keeps the cab warm and windows clear.
