Fan on temp

Does any one know what temp the factory ecm turns on and off the cooling fans? I have my ecu turning on at 210. Is that too high?

Re: Fan on temp

It depends on your PCM. Yours is 210 and no its not to high. You can have it come on lower but it requires someone go in and set it.

Re: Fan on temp

Your stat should be 10 degrees colder than your fan on temp. So if your stat is 210 and your fan on is 195 the fan will run all the time once warmed up.

Re: Fan on temp

You don't thats why I said stat temp should be 10 degrees below the temp you want the fan to come on at.
