lined bed sidewalls?

I am going to be going with a composite wood bed in my 64 LWB stepside because I'm going to be using my truck bed to haul stuff. I would like to put something like monstaliner (I read really good things here) on the walls of the bed so they don't get messed up if I have something in there. I can't really get a good picture of how it will look in my head. Has anyone here done this and taken a picture of it? I'd love to see how it would look in real life.

I am considering some of the roll-on type liners, but I have also considered the professional spray-ons too. If I didn't have so much on my plate (like a 5/7 drop) I would definitely be doing more research. I will be staying tuned to see what suggestions are given.

Raptor liner, I and many others have used it and it works excellent and is the most durable I have found after using numerous other brands of liners. It is a spray in liner so you actually get a lot better coverage than with a roll in and comes with the gun in the kit, it is also tintable to body color. Look on ebay, it is selling for 100-120 a kit.

Yeah Im here as usual and always late. I used the duplicolor roll in bed liner and haven't had any problems. I did opt to do it a quart at a time instead of getting a gallon. And only used 3 qts doing 2-3 nice coats. I still use my bed for everyday use, I just drop in a rubber mat that rolls up.

Is that the Duplicolor "BedArmor" you used? It looks great. I've been considering using it but have not seen any great reviews on it yet. You seem to be happy with the quality and finish....?

Yes, Duplicolor Bed Armor. Majority of the work is in the prep, masking off. Used a green scour pad and 40 grit for the heavier rust areas. Rest of job was easy, just roll in and let dry, which didn't take long. I am well pleased with it, and it looks as good as it did when I installed it. You can roll as many coats as you want. The recommend 1/8". I had to go back and touch a few of the harder to reach areas and you can't tell. Laid down real nice and I would refer it to anyone. There are alot of other brands out there, and I have seen good results with them too. I liked the lizard skin product, but didn't have spray option at the time. Duplicolor was available on the shelf and easy to apply.

We used Line-X on the '65 I restored and had it tinted to match the paint.
