np205 output shaft bearings

Long story short I just put a rear cv drivshaft and it seems that the breaings on the output shaft are wiped. I replaced the rear bearing while I had it apart to change the yoke but it seems the bearings deeper in the case are shot too. Can these be serviced with the t case still in the truck or does the case need to come out? Its puking gear oil like crazy and its a brand new seal.
