Exhaust Manifolds?
What newer exhaust manifolds can i look for at the wreckers that I can use on my 87 that dont have the Air holes in the top...will 88-92 work? I want something that has the same location for the exhaust donut so I dont have to get new exhaust. Mine are welded up and Im looking for something cleaner.

Re: Exhaust Manifolds?
Look for an old Chevell or F body type car. The manifolds will hug the block better and fit in the frame rails. 88+ fit too. I'm sure how they fit in our trucks though. The 88+ style trucks had an overall wider frame rail to tuck the gas tanks.

Re: Exhaust Manifolds?
'88-'92 may have AIR tube inlets. The '88 and the '92 half tons in our fleet do.

Re: Exhaust Manifolds?
Keep in mind you will have to have your exhaust redone, I guess that's a given though.
