73-87 Gauge Cluster Housing

Is anybody repopping the gauge cluster housings for the 73-87 trucks? I'm asking this question for a buddy, who's restoring a tach cluster for his '73, and his housing has nearly every tab broken off.

I looked in a few catalogs and found nothing.

I have not run across an aftermarket solution for the actual housing. You catch NOS ones on ebay from time to time, as well as used ones.

Lmc has the repoped cluster housings now. I don't think they have the tach cluster housing configuration, he may have to adapt it.

Re: 73-87 Gauge Cluster Housing

Every one I've ever obtained and sold has had the left far ear broken off. Very strange really. Even the one I have now has the left ear broken. All the ones I have for the electronic gauges are cherry though. Must be a bit harder getting them in and out on the early to mid 70's squares.
