Need help w/wheel trim ID

Looking for a set of these for 15" wheels. I know that the deeper ones are for the Corvette Ralley wheel (left pic). I know that some of the Corvairs also ran these trim or beauty rings but most of those were 13" or 14". Does anybody know of a manufacturer for 15" factory non ralley rims? Im running the standard shallow trim rings now, but would like the bowtie embossed rings.

Re: Need help w/wheel trim ID

Or if anybody can tell me what other cars came from the factory with these style trim rings. Thanks.

I've never seen trim rings with the embossed bowtie before. Are you sure they are OEM?

Re: Need help w/wheel trim ID

CaptainFab...the corvairs had them. Not sure which years or apllications, but I have seen these in OEM GM parts boxes before. The Corvair is the only car that I can verify that had them, but they were 13-14" rims. Also...most of the repos that I have seen are official GM licensed products ( dont know if that helps any).

Re: Need help w/wheel trim ID

Heres pics of a heavily optioned Corvair with the trim rings. Also note the custom trim steering wheel, dash clock, gas heater & factory bench seat. Most had buckets

Re: Need help w/wheel trim ID

Hmmmm interesting.....learned something new today. I've been around a few Corvairs, but I guess I've never looked closely at the trim rings. Thanks for the education.

Re: Need help w/wheel trim ID

No problem....learn new stuff everyday. I like the small details like these. The trim rings are really sharp, have considered seeing if I could make a die...my father has an industrial press that weighs around 6000lbs. The die would be easy to make, its the jig to hold the shape that would be hard.
