Last question 28" or 32" steering column?
OK, I have decided to get an aftermarket steering column. I found some on ebay for $209 with free shipping. It is a column shift tilt complete and ready to go. I have a choice of a 32" (which I think is stock length for my 63) and a 28". Both columns are the same except the length. I think if the 28" would fit I'd be happier with that. Anyone have one that short?

Hey Harley, which did you decide to go with? I want the shortest possible one that will fit without having to modify anything so I'm very curious as to how yours turns out.

I'm using the 32" which is exactly the same as stock.. I just got it delivered today. I had to order a steering coupler so its not in yet. I will post a pic when its done. I think I'll just try and push it down a bit. The $209 price was hard to pass up
