Do you think I can achieve 300 hp with this setup?

Short answer: Yes.
I would step up in the cam department, unless you're going for the RV style sound and power delivery. The duration numbers just seem low to me. Those vortecs are like blind kids on the playground; they don't play. Just got my vortecs from the machine shop, itching to get mine running! Sounds like a solid engine though, real torque monster.
