Re: headers for my 87 454 4x4
I have an 83 2wd swb with jegs headers and all I can say is don't get those! The flanges are thin and the ports don't seal up for crap. Been fighting exhaust leaks ever since. But that's to be expected from $100 headers.

Re: headers for my 87 454 4x4
Ouch, I've already only heard good things about Headman. Maybe try some Hooker headers? They seem to have some positive remarks about them too.

Re: headers for my 87 454 4x4
Not an expert on BB but I think the 454 was the Mark IV series so these might work.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-2463HKR/ Searched on summit under engine, then narrowed it down to a K10 since your's is a 4x4.
