How to replace shocks

Do I have to support the truck in a certain way to remove and replace the shocks??? - Front and back

nope.

your shocks are just shocks, they dont hold the vehicle up in anyway. remove the screws pull the old ones out, put the new ones in.

some gas charged shocks will expand on ya, you can collapse them by hand, but more of an FYI.

the bolts might be rusty, so some wd40 or other rust cutter might be your friend..
