chance to get a 2002 5.3 for $180

Hey guys, I have a chance to get 2002 5.3 I think it a lm7. Not sure on the millage but its complete except for the alternator and a.c compreser. The Guy that has it is right around the corner from my shop and he owns his auto repair shop and says it need main bearings cause the owner ran it low on oil. The internals still rotate as the should. It don't have the computer or harness with it. Any help would be nice. Thanks
