What's this lever on the dash?

Anyone know what that lever on the left side of the dash is for?

Doubt it's a jake. This is on a 230 6/3spd.

Keep the guesses coming!

Re: What's this lever on the dash?

Most likely a Mico Lok. http://www.mico.com/

It's basically a hydraulic emergency brake. You press the brake pedal down, flip the lever, and it holds the pressure on the brakes until you release the lever. I've seen several of these trucks with that. Pretty sure it was an aftermarket add on, but the lever always seems to be in that same spot. I even had a parts truck not too long that didn't have the lever, but did have the hole in the dash and the surround still there.

BTW, I can't tell clearly from your picture but does your e-brake handle happen to be missing?

Not sure, haven't got the truck yet. Where should it be? That may explain why the Mico lock is there! Nice call, btw. That looks exactly what that is.

Your ebrake is missing, it sould be under the steering wheel on the left side. It sure looks like a hydraulic brake lock to me.
