Brake Boosters

Yeah I'm full of questions tonight...

So at what point do you need to stop using a vac booster and move to either a hydro-boost or electric booster? Do LS engines make more vac in a different way then Gen I engines do? My Gen I 327 only makes 9" at idle in park.

As long as you don't put a super big cam in them, LS engines make plenty of vacuum. A vacuum booster will never make the kind of assist you get with a hydroboost, but usually it's enough.
