Smile where to buy Vintage Air Unit

I'm convinced by forum members that V/A is THE one to buy for my '66; it has stock sbc GM serpentine system, alter. on driv. side, and GM pancake comp. on pass. side, upper. Can/should I buy directly from VA? Else, what retailer is highly recommended? If possible, I'd really like to use my already-mounted good pancake comp. and save some labor, fab, AND coins. Truck lives with me, in S.C.
*Regardless of reason??, one or more locally-listed as selling V/A no longer handle the product.
Thanks,
sam

Thanks, Clyde. Just what I was looking for. BTW: I've always admired your 4.8/4L60--always assumed it has the "E", also??? (I just sold my '87 S10 Blazer w/'95 LT1 & 4L60E--troublefree for 15+ years! Would loved to have had the swap in my present '66.)
