hood release cable

I was wondering if anyone knew of a longer hood release cable for these trucks? I just finished up my ls1 swap and trying to clean up under the hood but my cable kinda lays across the middle of the fender aprin and looks like crap. thoughts ideas?

HELP UNIVERSAL HOOD RELEASE CABLE KIT 94 INCH 3 HANDLE ASSORTMENT 03323 Doorman. If the cable is 94 you used the long handle that would be close to 100-101" and or you could weld in small length of steel in the same shape and size near the handle then you should be golden.

Was a 77 454 w/308 gear. Taken out 550 lbs. up front with motor clip change.
