700r4 t case ????

ok i just bought a 1988 700r4 and 241c t case .but it drops on the drivers side .
i have a manual 4 speed in my 68 now with a 205 rong spline count
what t case will bolt up to my 700r4 with no work ??????? please help

I know they put a np208 on the 700r4.The np205 you have could but you'll need a adapter kit or maybe a trans rebuild.

np241 from an 89-91 k5 or burb will swap right over. an np208 from any half ton 4x4 will work, 81 and newer i think is when the 208 started.

your np 205 needs a 27 spline input gear and coupler as well as a factory th350/205 adapter. and a spacer from techpak fitzall or whatever. 75q3a comes to mind but its been a few years since ive seen that number.
