Re: Is this too much?

All it needs is a super-high gearshift lever and ball, and a big fat rat in the driver's seat.

Big ugly is right. The whole stacked blower thing isn't far off. Maybe he lives in Antarctica and needs all that extra heat, I don't know.

Also, Mr. Boucher, you know it's not nice to make fun of people with erectile dysfunction like this poor fellow.

For you country music fans, Hank Snow did an 'impeccable' job with a song called "I'VE BEEN EVERYWHERE".
Now to our regular forum: wonder how often they are asked to sell "that" gauge cluster? Nice find, to the op!

Pretty sure it's from North Carolina.

Re: Is this too much?

Wow, alot of time and money went into that truck, I like it a lot, but I could own one. The cops would be at my house so often, they would get a parking spot.

Re: Is this too much?

I think its cool but my problem with it is that it has no hood. Look at the side picture of it and the body lines get killed with out the hood on it. I think it would be killer if it just had the blower sticking out of the hood, and only one of them.

Re: Is this too much?

Reminds me of the model trucks we use to build when we were early teenagers. We would yank extra parts out of whatever model box was laying around and "customize" our models with them.

This guy has a lot of time and money invested in his ride.....you should show him some respect.

Re: Is this too much?

Oh, we're just funnin' with him. To each his own. IMO, make everything red dark gray, put the hood back on, paint the bed, remove the decorative blower and hat, and I think it'd look great.

Also, FYI, it's an SBC. Check this clip:

Re: Is this too much?

Take a blower off, put a hood and tail gate on it and it would be perfect.

I love the silver paint. I love silver trucks. Needs a hood and loose the blowers, does not look right with out the hood.

Re: Is this too much?

It's overdone for my taste, but I wouldn't bash the guy.
I think choptops ruin the truck.
I think laying the body on pavement is overdone.
But others like that look, and I'm not going to insult their person because of it.
