Hooking up the fuel for my 5.3L swap

I just recieved my rear mount tank from GMCpauls and im wondering what i will need to hook it up to my Fuel Injected 5.3L motor. From what ive gathered i need either a Holley red or blue pump, or a 255 Walbro pump. A FI compstible fuel filter and what else? Which line is the return line?

Bumping this thread to see if we can get some answers. Some good questions here that can lead to great answers and possible FAQ addition. Anybody?

Here's how I did mine in-tank using the same tank you have. Works like a champ!
