Replacement Door Panels

I tried a search and got a bunch of sheet metal threads. I'm specifically inquiring about replacement door panels. Brothers, Classic Trucks, LMC, etc all carry them, but do they fit? I just pulled my buddy seats and padded door panels out of my "66 GMC for re-upholstering, but the door panels are rusted beyond repair. I need a replacement set ASAP as it’s hard to get into this shop, but don't want to spend a bunch of money getting them padded if they aren't going to fit. Top Banana and Goodmark don’t seem to carry just door panels.
