trans hump size?

can someone tell me if this is the high hump or low hump tunnel or if photo not good enough tell me how to tell diff. truck was orginally a column shift bit PO changed to 350th floor shift. need to figure out for rubber floor mat im looking at buying from stock interiors.

as you can see in my photo my floors are a little rusty (surface) and dirty as heck. what would be the best way to clean them up so i can put primer or bedliner material on it. i dont have a dande blaster so that is out...

big 90* wire wheel and good protective equipment (it WILL chuck little wires at high speed at your face.) It'll take everything off without damaging the metal, be careful around areas with dried seam sealer etc, they create a good amount of debris with the wheel hits them. If the rust is into the metal at all, hit it with some POR 15 before you put a bedliner on it.
