Well I got my 1/8th mile times

60' - 2.293
594' - 8.754
1/8 - 9.390
1/8 mph 70.83

Truck died at 3/4 the track vapor locked or something... (New to the carbed world)

Left soft wheel hopped with traction bars and street tires, rolled into WOT... Drove 40 miles to track and back... What you guys think?

Re: Well I got my 1/8th mile times

Work on them 60ft times and get them down.
Otherwise looks good. What's your setup?
How many leafs do you have in the rear? Shouldn't be wheel hopping.

Ahh that's why. You need more leafs. Or adjust the traction bar to hit sooner. Can also run the front spring eye as high as possible to add some instant center and plant. Should be able to get 1.85 60ft times with some good traction

So what model is that carb? And what fuel pump are you using? May be sucking the fuel bowl dry
