The side panels are all new stuff. I think they are 1/4" OSB?

I can't take credit for it, the previous owner did it. But yes, it much sturdier than the stock panels.

I really don't notice them making too much noise. The exhaust is pretty loud though, so it kind of drowns everything else out.

Did you make the rear panels? I've considered this, but wondered if there is enough room behind the panel to enclose subs enough for them to work OK, or if free-air subs are required, or how best to approach it.
