Side exhaust?

I'm thinking about changing my exhaust system, I want a big fat oval pipe to exit on both ends under the step. Does anyone have a stepper with that kind of exhaust setup?

I have this now:

I think it will look a bit cleaner with the exhaust on the sides, and I won't have to worry about the speedbumps (last week I messed up the exhaust again, there's jsut too ltittle space from exhaust to the ground)

Here's some more (very large)pics jsut for the sake of posting pics

Sorry I don't have any pics, but I've been thinking about doing the same thing with some rectangular tips coming out under the steps... I think your idea sounds good though

Thumbs up

I know this don't answer your ? but a buddy of mine had his stepper set up just like that and it looked & sounded awesome.

And i have no pic's of it and the truck burned to the ground in '86 and he moved to N.C.

I say go for it.

I was thinking of using Z28 tips i had off of my 99 Z28 on my 75 Jimmy. They are kinda rectangle and low profile to boot.
