Garage clean out (again...)

I have a few items I need to clean out of my garage/attic. Everything is pickup in Richardson (North D/FW), unless it will fit in a "anything that will fit in a box and ship for one rate" box. I absolutely hate shipping.

1. Complete rebuilt control arms w/ poly bushings. Arms were cleaned and painted, then new parts installed. Ball joints are Moog, bushings are Energy suspension (black). I also have a set of inner and outer tie rods with new ES boots. $300 takes all of it.

2. One piece back glass, with pretty decent dark tint. $30. Just sitting in my attic, waiting on it's new forever home.

3. rear drop shocks. These are new, installed but never used. $30. Not sure of the brand, but they are white, if that helps. These will probably ship as well.

4. Pair of factory aluminum wheels. Could use refinishing, as the clear is peeling a bit. Also free, but I only have a pair.

5. Rebuilt 350 (about 15K ago) with Vortec heads, aluminum intake, Holley carb, etc. Complete with accessories air cleaner to pan. $900. This would repower a truck, or even help one out with no engine. You can have everything; going LS.

There is probably some more random stuff in my attic, but this is stuff that really needs to move. It is too nice to pitch, so if someone can use it, I would like to see it go to a good home.

I don't have pics of any of this at work, but a lot of it is exactly what you would expect. Just need to get this stuff gone.

No sweat. Let me know when you are out this way. Honestly, the sooner the better works for me. They are all out, ready to go.

I usually don't get home until after 7, but I can put the parts behind the garage. I will send a PM with my contact info.

I do have the bed. It has the fuel doors on both sides (dual tanks).

Re: Garage clean out (again...)

Would you consider shipping the control arms to CA? (just the arms, don't need the tie rod ends) and if so, how much? Thanks in advance,

I would do the arms for $250 + shipping. Not sure if the lowers would fit together in a flat rate box, but I could probably figure something out.

Re: Garage clean out (again...)

I was told it had 15K or so on the rebuild. I have only put 30 or so on it personally.

If Chris isn't interested I'd like some pics of the engine as well.

Re: Garage clean out (again...)

hello, new guy on the forums here. Am I reading that post right, are the wheels just come by and get them...no charge? I just bought a 79 C10 and I have been looking for a pair of those wheels. I work in Richardson and could maybe come by and take them off your hands if you haven't gotten rid of them yet.

Re: Garage clean out (again...)

The wheels are still in my attic. If you have a use for them, you are welcome to them. Since you work in Richardson, I can set them out and you can pick them up when you would like. just give me a day or so heads up, and I will set them out by the garage. I don't want to leave them out for long; Code Enforcement seems to like sending me letters.

Need any 1/2 ton 2wd front end rebuild parts? I will make a heck of a deal.
