'65 idling problem

Recently changed plugs and wires, made sure they were set right. Not exactly sure but now she's running poor at idle and after I set the choke, it runs then dies out after 1-2 minutes.

Running a mechanical fuel pump, HEI distributor, 4 bbl edlebrock on a 350 with rebuilt heads. Not sure if I'm looking for a fuel pump (mechanical) or a vacuum problem or something else...? I may be on the wrong path though.

What do you all think?
