Smile th350 modulator valve

I have a 350 engine swap and I have the original th350 it has a modulator valve
Which when is disconnected it only shifts into reverse.
I want to know where can I connect the modulator valve?

I looked online and some say it has to be vacuum from the intake only.
but I cannot see anywhere to connect it.

Does anyone have a picture of something where it is connected
