Tell Me What You Think

I am interested in this truck and would like to know what you guys think about it and the price. Also did the 64-66 c-10s have the option of power steering?

1965 CHEVROLET CUSTOM CAB

It has rust in the lower ft fenders has a few dents but nothing real bad this truck has power steering very hard to find has the big back window not sure if its a 283 or 327 but it needs a tune up like plugs and plugs wires and points along with dis cap i have replace the starter ,starter switch, rebuilt carb new light switch wood in bed needs to be replace has power cadillac seats they work has a spot light it works its a 4 speed my price is 4850.00 or trade for a car or truck.

I agree with everyone else. That's high especially since your location is listed as "Earth". If you were on Mars or maybe Saturn it would be about right. $2500-$3000 + TT&L is about all I'd go if I really, REALLY loved it.

It seems a bit high, try to get him down or trade foe a car worth $3,000 that you value at $4,850..

Re: Tell Me What You Think

I am always a little leery of "runs great but needs tune-up" If it [I]needs[I a tune up, it wouldn't "run great"
And if that's all it needs, why won't the owner do it to have a better chance of selling it?

Either way, I agree with most, it's about a $2000-2500 truck. A lot of guys will bash it because it's a lwb. Depends on what you are wanting and willing to pay, and what you're willing to do it.

Way high. Nice 1962 badges. The long bed drops price. The rattle can paint job bad. The air cleaner is a good sign it has not been cared for. Tires looks bad. $1500 tops.

X2!!

Don't do it, be patient and persistent. Check your listings everyday, buy exactly what you are wanting, be willing to travel to get it, and jump on the right on with a stack of cash!

Yeah, please keep us updated. It's my favorite truck. If you don't mind, how much did you give for it?

Engine isn't a 283 or 327, it doesn't have the oil fill tube. Yes, power steering could be ordered.

Re: Tell Me What You Think

The spotlight is a pretty desirable option as well as Pwr steering. Should make a nice truck.

Re: Tell Me What You Think

Just cuz it doesn't have an oil fill isn't enough info to know what it is. The intake is a newer one.
