1986 Custom Deluxe for sale.... check it out...

Well, I have made a decision, I have to sell the truck. College students can't afford this sort of gas mileage.

The good- Fresh repaint not too long ago, Florida truck so very VERY little rust, almost perfect interior, swapped-in TH700R4 in Feb 2000, swapped-in 3.73 rear axle, new front pads just over 1 year ago, carb rebuilt over the summer, new Pertronix Flamethrower distributor with adjustable vac. advance, new coil and ignition module, new spark plugs over the summer, comes with toolbox and 4 '98 alloys, custom dual exhaust with 2.25" pipes and unidentified Flowmasters. Sounds great!

The bad- Very slight damage on passenger side from stupid friend, 163,000 miles, 305 engine, small runs on red tailgate paint (from the paint job, I presume), and, uhh, that's about it.

Well, I would like $2000 out of it, at least, but I would be willing to consider partial or full trades, for an economy-type car... well, something along the lines of a "cool" vehicle that gets above 20 mpg.

I'll try to post a pic..... the only one I have that will fit on here. I would be willing to deliver the vehicle, if it is a trade, otherwise I would have to make you pick it up. Thank you for looking......

Okay, I can't seem to attatch a pic, they're all too big. Here's the address of the pic, anyway...

Thanks, all!

Your asking a more then fair price ESPECIALLY up in the rust belt. If you post it in the Autor trader I'd concider upping the price and see if anybody bites. With the rust they have motors and drive train is plentiful but clean rust free bodies are not.

How bad is the MPG?
Did your correct for the gear change?

That truck should get 17-18 hwy if you keep your foot out of it. For what your going to pay for a newer vehicle that gets better MPG and the higher insurance if you buy anything from the 90's you could pay for the gas it burns and save up for a $1400 crate.
