Wait one is a lean code the other is rich?

Check your 02's, check that the maf isn't dirty, clear the codes, see if they come back. Clogged injectors can be a lean code cause, a stuck-open injector can cause rich. Did you clean the injectors before installing, or ever run an injector cleaner through the system?

You haven't provided much to work with homie.. Lets get some more info.

Re: Pp172 & p-174 ??

Well sorry !!

I did some homework and with these comments I have some areas to look at.

The injectors were cleaned and flowed at 79 ML. the tank, lines, pump, filter, regulator, are all new.

The two rails were cleaned, and the fuel pressure is at 55#. the MAF has been cleaned with MAS cleaner and the filter and connections are new and tight.

I did find a vacuum leak at the dip stick tube, which is where I found the oil leak!

When changing ex. manifolds from truck to TBSS I was not able to get the tube to fully installed in the block, so I ordered a new TBSS tube, will know today!
And two new O2 sensors from the same folks that did the wiring and re programed the computer Howell Engine Development

O K, what next ?

Re: Pp172 & p-174 ??

You really need to log you LTFTs and your STFTs (long and short term fuel trims). This will give you a better idea of where the problem is (left or right side) and how bad the problem is. You said Howell did your tune. They can get you close, but it really needs to be data logged and at least road tuned to make sure your airflow (MAF) is calibrated correctly. 95% of tune is based on the MAF calibration being correct..... I would also try clearing the code and then driving it some more. If the code were set, but then you fixed the problem (vacuum leak at dipstick), it doesn't clear immediately unless you clear it yourself. Just my .02$. Send me your tune and I will take a look at it.

Does it run different with the MAF unplugged, or the vac line @ FPR unplugged?
